Your wedding video is not just a camera following you around and capturing a ceremony or a reception on film or DVD...it is a treasure. It is a vision that you, with our assistance, create to celebrate your love in a completely unique and personal way.

In order to make this visual and audio celebration as effective and memorable as you want it to be, thorough planning is in order.  There are steps you can take to insure that your video has all the elements that you want and need in order to create the most personalized, artistically pleasing, and entertaining celebration of this very special day.

1.  Meet with your videographer as far in advance as possible. Reserving the right date and the appropriate number of hours is crucial.  You will need plenty of time to meet with us and share the vision you have of this wonderful day. 

Discuss your theme thoroughly with your videographer. Is your wedding traditional, religious, low-key or all-out party city? Are there any "special people" you would like for us to capture for you as they watch you on this very special day? A favorite grandmother? A friend whom you haven't seen in years? Also, if possible, have your wedding coordinator work with the videographer to make sure no "special" moments are missed...i.e., cutting the cake, Best Man's toast, etc.

2.  Let us know if you are having live musicians perform at your wedding. If so, we need to discuss if you are interested in GGIVISIONS providing professional audio recording of your wedding or reception.  Remember, the video is YOUR vision...and that includes your taste in music or any special theme to the wedding or reception. 

3.  Go over the colors of the wedding party...we can create titles and backgrounds that will mesh with your color scheme or your overall theme.  But we have to know what you want in order to share your vision help you make it happen. 

4.  Please allow us to attend the rehearsal so that we can analyze the location for the best camera work.  This is an art!!  Like all art, it requires not only talent and time but also careful planning.
