Videography: For back-up purposes, we will usually bring an extra camera or two when we show up at your event.  We are only responsible, however, for the number of cameras for which you contract and pay. Therefore, if you definitely want filming from two or three angles, make sure to order a corresponding number of cameras.

Fees will begin from the moment the videographers arrive, between 45 minutes and one hour before the start of the event. We  will video your guests and loved ones as they arrive.

One Camera

$95 per hour 

Your whole video will be shot from one angle. Minimum editing 4 hours.

Two Cameras

$170 per hour

It will require more editing time to shoot with two cameras but the finished product will be much more interesting. Minimum editing 8 hours. See editing below.

Three Cameras

$250 per hour

Minimum editing 12 hours. See editing below.

Editing: We reserve all rights to our raw video. 

We charge a minimum of four hours for each camera contracted. Example: a three camera shoot will have a minimum of twelve hours editing. This is true if your event is less than one hour.  Your cost will be  four hours' editing for each camera and for each hour of  video shot. If your event is two hours your cost will work out like this basic formula . . .

(# of cameras) x 4 x (# of hours) x $35 = cost of editing.

Plug in the number for the event described above you have:

3 cameras x 4 x 2 hours x $35 = $840 which breaks down to 24 hours of editing at $35 per hour.

If you have specific ideas about how you want your video shot and edited, you must present those ideas in writing prior to the event. This will enable us to shoot the video in a way that suits your ideas or your specific theme.

If we do not receive written instruction prior to the event, we will use our own artistic ideas for your video.

Viewing: If you wish to view the raw video prior to the editing process, there will be a slight fee per hour.

$10.00 per hour

Many events are several hours and with multiple cameras.

Viewing of the edited video upon completion.

If at all possible, we like to view your tape with you upon completion of the editing process. This viewing is free, of course.

VHS Tapes

One Video Tape or DVD comes free with each job. All videos are subject to state sales tax.

Remember to order additional tapes at one time so you can get the best price. If you order 5 tapes and at a later date order 5 more you will pay the 5-9 price each time instead of the 10 and over price.

Remember, only two hours of quality video can be put on a DVD. If your event is over two hours you will need to purchase two DVDs for your event and every addition will be charged as two DVDs. Let us know if you want your whole wedding and reception on one DVD so that we can edit to make sure it will fit.
